Heute, nachdem sie eine Nacht im Kühlschrank verbracht hat, sieht die Karamell-Creme schon sehr viel mehr nach Brotaufstrich aus als gestern!

Fräulein Karamell - Eine zuckersüße Versuchung
Gestern habe ich ein wundervolles Bild gesehen, das Pfannkuchen zeigte, die dick mit Karamel-Creme bestrichen waren. Es sah einfach unwiderstehlich aus, deshalb suchte ich gleich heute nach einem passenden Rezept. Nach Ewigkeiten fand ich ein Passendes und legte gleich los. Es ging relativ schnell (nach 30 Minuten war ich fertig!) und benötigte auch nur sehr wenig Zutaten. Die Creme ist ziemlich flüssig, doch lässt man sie einige Tage im Kühlschrank stehen (was ziemlich schwer werden wird, da ich ständig etwas davon nasche) wird sie fest und man kann sie als Brot-Aufstrich nehmen. Sie schmeckt einfach fantastisch und das Salz gibt ihr das gewisse Etwas! Und mögt ihr meine Bilder?

Miss Caramel - A sugary temptation

Yesterday I saw a wonderful picture, the showed pancake, that were coated thick with caramel cream. It looked simply irresistible, so I was looking right now for a suitable recipe. After ages, I found a suitable and laid off immediately. It went relatively quickly (after 30 minutes I was done!) and also required very little ingredients. The cream is fairly liquid, but can  stand it in a refrigerator for several days (which will be quite difficult, because I always 

nibble some of it) it will fixed and you can take it as a breadspread. It tastes fantastic and the salt gives it that special something! And do you like my pictures?

Easter is coming! - Ostern steht vor der Tür!

Bald ist Ostern und es gibt viele nette Sachen zum Basteln. Ich sollte mir langsam etwas aussuchen und damit beginnen. Doch ich bin mir unsicher, was ich nehmen soll. Im Internet gibt es unendlich viel, doch bis jetzt war nie das Passende dabei. Wir werden sehen, ich poste euch dann ein Bild!

PS: Seht, wenigstens hab ich schon das passende Material gefunden!

Easter is soon and there are many nice things to tinker. I should pick something and slowly begin. But I'm not sure what I should take. On the Internet are infinitely much, but until now I never see the right thing here. We will see, then I'll post a picture!

Es ist Mitte März, es gibt nichts zu feiern. Mein Geburtstag ist vorbei, doch die netten Luftballons von der kleinen Party hängen noch immer. Es ist schön, sich an Vergangenes erinnern zu können! Stellt euch vor, wir würden alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit vergessen.. Wäre das nicht schrecklich?

It is mid-march, there is nothing to celebrate. My birthday is over, but the cute little balloons of the party are still hanging. It is nice, to be able to remember the past! Imagine that we would forget everything within a very short time ..

The great passion of baking

Ich habe mal ein Rezept gefunden, das "Zebrakuchen" hieß. Verwundert schaute ich mir einige Bilder an und war überrascht, wie nett der Kuchen aussah. Also wollte ich ihn sofort nachbacken. Es ist mir eigentlich ganz gut gelungen und es war wirklich nicht sehr schwer. Ihr müsst wissen, Backen ist eine meiner größten Leidenschaften!

I once found a recipe that was called "Zebra Cakes". I looked at some pictures and was surprised how nice the cake looked. So I wanted to bake it right away. I actually did a good job and it was not really difficult. You have to know, that baking is one of my biggest passions!

My Birthday!

Am 10 März feierten meine Familie und ich meinen Geburtstag. Organisiert und dekoriert hat das Ganze meine große Schwester Louise. Sie hat das wirklich toll gemacht! Es sah alles so hübsch aus und ich habe mich wirklich riesig gefreut. Es war einfach ein großartiger Tag! Danke Schwesterherz!

On March 10th, my family and I celebrated my birthday. Organized and decorated has the whole thing my big sister Louise. She has done that really great! It all looked so pretty and I really enjoyed the day. It was just great! Thank you sisterheart!
